Trial Extension of Library Evening Opening Hours - St Teresa's Library

Trial Extension of Library Evening Opening Hours - St Teresa's Library

In response to requests from students to extend the evening opening hours for the libraries at the Fremantle Campus, the Library will be conducting a four week trial of extension of the hours for the St Teresa's Library.

The trial will commence on Monday 18th May 2009 and end on Thursday 11th June 2009.

For the duration of the trial the St Teresa's Library will be open from 8am until 10pm, Monday to Thursday. The hours for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays remained unchanged as do the opening hours for the Craven and Galvin libraries.

As you can appreciate, the purpose of the trial is assess the demand for extended library hours on an ongoing basis. The Library will be keeping statistics regarding the number of students using the library during these extended hours. The actual usage of the Library during this trial will obviously be a key piece of evidence when we plan future library opening hours.

If you would like to make a comment about the trial please add it to this post. Commenting in this way means that we can compile the suggestions for the post trial discussion.
