Got something to say about the Library

The University Library exists to support staff and student research and learning. To help us achieve this mission we need to understand what staff and students want from the Library.

Your comments might be about resources you would like to see available in the Library, services you would like us to improve, or experiences you have had in the Library you want to discuss with us. You may even want to tell us what is working and what you want more of.

The Library Website has a webform you can use to provide us with feedback. This allows you to do so anonymously but in many cases we can't resolve a problem without discussing it with you in more detail so if you are happy to provide an email address we assure you of a prompt response to your comments.

If you want to talk to a staff member directly the Contacts page on our website has phone and email contacts for managers of each Library. These staff are available to talk directly with you about that Library and shared Library services such as the website and the eResources.

By providing us with feedback you will help us to build a better Library for all staff and students.
