New Medicine and Nursing Subject Guides- now available

New Medicine and Nursing subject guides have recently been published on the Library website.  These guides have been created to assist students with their research.

Medicine Subject Guide
Looking for information on the best online sources for medicine and health?, need a refresher on how to evaluate journal articles and websites?.  The Medicine Subject Guide includes step by step user guides for key resources including BMJ Best Practice, MD Consult, Medline and Pubmed; online tutorials for brushing up on your evaluation skills and revision and practice skills sites for exam preparation and anatomy and physiology revision. 

Nursing Subject Guide
Need to know how to start your research?, which resources are best for your field of study? and how to evaluate the information you find?.  The Nursing Subject Guide provides user guides for key online resources; research skills tutorials to help you become an expert researcher and information on those resources relevant to the fields of nursing and midwifery.
