IMPORTANT NOTICE: Ebook platform EBL will be unavailable tomorrow morning 16th September

We have been notified by ProQuest, the provider of the ebook database EBL (Ebook Library) that this database & its contents will be unavailable for approximately 3 hours tomorrow morning Wednesday 16th September from 6:00am AWST / 8:00am AEST until 9:00am AWST / 11:00am AEST.  This downtime is in preparation for the upcoming ProQuest Ebook Central launch, which will combine EBL and Ebrary into a single platform.
The downtime will also affect access to  ebooks on this platform listed in Summon and course materials on Blackboard.

If you are particularly interested in an ebook from EBL, we recommend downloading it to your home PC or mobile device prior to this outage to ensure you have continued access.  If you'd like to know more about downloading an ebook, the Library has created some quick getting started guides to help you, to access these click here
