As part of Mental Health Week we invite you to take
a break from study and screen in the St Teresa’s Library.
There are many benefits to taking short study breaks and we have created a space for you to enjoy a few minutes away from your phone and computer. Visit our take a break zone in the St Teresa’s Library this week and try some colouring-in, play a game with a friend, or contribute to one of our puzzles.
