Microsoft Word 2007 and 2003 - Compatibility

The Microsoft Office Vista 2007 package has been installed on all student computers in the Fremantle Campus Libraries.

The file type has changed in Word 2007 from the .doc filetype to a .docx filetype. This means that if you are using Microsoft Word 2003 or previous versions, you will have to convert your file when saving it.
