The Library FAQs service is proving to be increasingly popular.
There are now 100 articles in the knowledge base and to date we have had approximately 8000 views. The most popular article is 'What is an Electronic Journal or E-Journal' .
We have noticed a number of students searching for topics that appear to be related to a research topic. The FAQ service doesn't cater for research questions. Such searches are better suited to an academic database. You can find assistance about how to use the databases in the FAQ service or by contacting the relevant librarian.
We welcome feedback about this service and suggestions about how to improve it.
