The University Library is currently conducting a customer satisfaction survey. You can link to the survey from the Library homepage.
The survey is an opportunity for both students and staff to answer a series of questions about how they use the Library, its services and collections, both print and online. We are asking for this feedback so that we can develop the Library services and collections to better meet your needs.
Who can read my responses?
The survey is being conducted by an independent survey research company, Insynch, and individual responses cannot be viewed by University staff. Once the responses are collated and analysed, the results will be published on the University Library website and distributed to all students and staff via email. We will continue to keep students and staff informed via our Library News blog as we develop the Library services and collections.
How long will it take?
The survey will conducted online and will take about 10 minutes to complete. The survey will be open from 9am WST on the 5th of September 2011 for four weeks, closing on the 2nd of October 2011
How can I win the iPad?
All students who reply to the survey will go into a draw to win an Apple iPad2. There is also a runners-up prize of a $50 iTunes voucher for each of our six campus libraries. The winners will be randomly selected by the survey research company and notified via email to collect their prizes from their local Library. Staff are being surveyed as well but are not eligible for the prize draw.
