New eResource - Milgram Films on Social Psychology

The Library is pleased to bring you access to the Alexander Street Press collection - Milgram Films on Social Psychology.

Stanley Milgram became a controversial and compelling public figure as a result of his shocking 1961 experiment, Obedience to Authority, which revealed the extraordinary actions average people will take to follow orders. He went on to create five more films over the course of his career on other social psychology topics, including: Invitation to social psychology; the City and Self; Nonverbal Communication; Conformity and Independence and Human Aggression.  These films are all available via this online service in streaming video format.
